What is Nauti?
Nauti is an all-in-one platform for small service businesses — pool companies, pet sitters, house cleaners, daycares, landscapers, HVAC, plumbers, electricians, roofers, fitness trainers, massage therapists, consultants and more. Any service company can organize its workflow: customers, scheduling, work orders, invoicing, payments, team and marketing. Homeowners and clients get a free account to book service and track their jobs.
Can I use Nauti for my type of business?
Almost certainly. When you sign up you pick your industry (Pool Company, Pet Sitting, House Cleaning, Daycare, Delivery, Landscaping, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Handyman, Auto Detailing, Roofing, Healing, Fitness Training, Massage, Consultation, Sales, Marketing, or Other). Nauti then adapts — showing only the features your business needs and hiding the ones it doesn't. You can turn any feature on or off anytime in Business Settings.
How do features adjust to my business?
Your login decides what you see, not the other way around. A pet-sitting company won't see pool monitors or water-chemistry tools; a pool company will. Every business gets the core workflow (scheduling, customers, work orders, invoicing, team, messaging, marketing) and can customize the rest in Settings so the app fits exactly what you offer.
Can I import data from QuickBooks, spreadsheets or other software?
Yes. Export a CSV or Excel file from QuickBooks/Intuit, your old scheduling tool, or any spreadsheet and upload it into Nauti. Columns are auto-mapped and your customers, jobs and history are imported in a few clicks.
How much does Nauti cost?
Companies subscribe to Nauti Pro, which scales with how much you use it. Your customers/clients get a free account. There's also a one-time white-label 'Own Nauti' license for companies that want their own branded app.
Can my team build quotes and estimates in the field?
Yes. Field staff build quotes on their phone, pull exact parts and prices, and Nauti's AI can suggest local rates and generate full estimates — useful whether you're quoting a pool build, a roof, a landscaping project or a recurring service plan.
Can I market and get reviews from inside Nauti?
Yes. Company admins get a multi-platform social composer (post once to TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and X), email marketing, an ad-campaign manager, a ROAS optimizer that syncs ad spend, and a feedback system that routes happy customers to public reviews and unhappy ones to you privately.
